Santikos, a developer and owner based in southern Texas, sold the 22,434-square-foot Nacogdoches Crossing shopping center in San Antonio, TX to a private investor for an undisclosed price.
According to Aaron Kinsey, vice president of real estate at Santikos, noted that the company sold the shopping center in part of its diversification strategy to provide returns for the John L. Santikos Foundation. “The Nacogdoches Crossing sale and subsequent redeployment of that capital allows us to continue to support our charitable mission for San Antonio,” said Kinsey.
Nacogdoches Crossing, located at 6818 and 6826 NE Loop 1604 Fwy., includes two acres of development-ready land that can accommodate about 19,000 square feet of new retail space. Major tenants include Cato Fashions, Taco Cabana and Rolling Oaks Dental. The asset is also adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter.
Drew Fuller of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) represented the seller.
